This Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), constituting a part of the terms and conditions of using the website (this “Website”), governs your use of map data available in this Website (the "Data") and forms a valid and binding contract between you and Jinsekikogen Town . Please make sure to read this Terms of Use before using the Data. Once you access or start to use the Data, you shall be deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Use.
Article 1 (Ownership of Data and License Grant)

Article 4 (Modification,Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For maintainance and inspection of this Website on a regular basis, Jinsekikogen Town reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website.
4.2 In any of the following cases, Jinsekikogen Town reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website without a prior notice to you:
(i)When conducting emergency maintenance or inspection of this Website;
(ii)When operation of this Website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or any other cause beyond control;
(iii)When Jinsekikogen Town decides that temporary interruption of this Website is necessary due to unavoidable operational or technical circumstances; or
(iv)When the operation of this Website becomes impossible due to defects or errors of this Website.
4.3 Jinsekikogen Town reseves the right to cease operation and provision of this Website at any time at Jinsekikogen Town ’s sole discretion.

This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, but without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
Article 6 (Language)
This Terms of Use shall be prepared and executed in both in Japanese and English languages.
If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between Japanese and English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

＜ Information regarding disasters ＞
●Each map provided on this site is a reference map with general locations, and does not define the border of alert areas. In addition, not all of the disaster-related information is contained.

＜Information related to sediment disaster＞
●The Sediment-Related Disaster Danger Zone and Sediment-Related Disaster Special Danger Zone , are areas designated by Hiroshima Prefecture where residents may be harmed if a cliff collapses, landslide or a debris flow occurs, based on “the Law concerning Sediment-Related Disaster Countermeasures for Sediment Disaster Prone Areas.”(Commonly known as Landslide Prevention Law)
●Areas at risk of a sediment-related disaster(e.g.collapse of steep slopes, debris flow,etc) on this site are shown according to the findings of a survey conducted by Hiroshima Prefecture.

< Reservoir-related information >
●The estimated reservoir inundation depth shows inundation situations in different colors based on the reservoir inundation hazard map,indicating downstream areas expected to be affected by the collapse of reservoirs regarding which Hiroshima Prefecture conducted seismic diagnosis, or for other reasons.
●The inundation area actually differs depending on the water level of the reservoir, the process of the collapse, the land use, and other factors, so please use it as a guide only.

＜Liquefaction-related information＞
●The liquefaction risk shows the degree of liquefaction risk in the city in different colors based on the survey report on the earthquake damage estimate in Hiroshima Prefecture created by the prefecture in October 2013.

＜Flood-related information＞
●Estimated flood areas are designated zones by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Hiroshima Prefecture to indicate the extent and depth of flooding that can be expected in the event of river flooding in the event of heavy rainfall under the conditions expected for each river. In addition, the depth which this site shows is colored by the Jinsekikogen Town.
●This site does not show the estimated internal inundation area caused by flooding water from ditches and water channels. It should be remembered that inundation may occur even in an area other than colored areas due to the increase of river flow or other causes.

＜ Others ＞
●Due to the inherent nature of this system, it is not appropriate to assess the situation of each house, etc. ,based only on the information from the “Jinsekikogen Town WEB version hazard map”. In regards to “explanations of important matters”, such as real estate transactions,please confirm the details with Hiroshima Prefecture, who specify the areas of caution.

(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。

１．神石高原町は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．神石高原町は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 神石高原町が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．神石高原町は、神石高原町の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

第５条（一般条件）

＜ハザードマップ全体に関する情報＞
●本サイトで提供する各ハザードマップは、概略位置を示した参考図であり警戒区域等の境界を明示するものではありません。また、災害に関する情報の全てを掲載しているものではありません。

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害警戒区域及び土砂災害特別警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として広島県が指定する区域です。
●本サイトの土砂災害（急傾斜地の崩壊（がけ崩れ）・土石流）危険個所は、広島県が行った調査結果をもとに示していています。危険性がある箇所として広島県が行った調査結果をもとに示しています。

＜ため池に関する情報＞
●ため池想定浸水深は広島県がため池耐震診断を実施したため池について、万が一大地震などによりため池が決壊した場合に想定される下流への影響範囲などを示した、ため池浸水想定区域図を基に浸水状況を色分けしたものです。
●実際には、ため池の水位、決壊の過程、土地利用の状況などにより、浸水する区域に差異がありますので、あくまで目安としてご覧ください。

＜地震に関する情報＞
●建物被害に関する情報は、平成２５年１０月に広島県が東日本大震災を踏まえた最新の科学的知見に基づき地震による被害を想定した、広島県地震被害想定調査報告書を基に、神石高原町内の建物の建築年数・構造等から推計した危険度を色分けしたものです。

＜洪水に関する情報＞
●この浸水想定区域は、想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを、国土交通省及び広島県が指定した区域です。
●本サイトでは、溝や水路からあふれた内水による浸水は示していませんので、着色されていない区域でも注意が必要です。

＜その他＞
●システムの性質上「神石高原町WEB版ハザードマップ」の情報だけで、各家屋等の状況を判断することは適切ではありません。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」については警戒区域等を指定する広島県に詳細な内容を必ず確認してください。
